It seemed natural to us to start a bistro to complement our successful cellar door - there is no better way to showcase the adaptability and depth of flavours of our wine than by pairing them with quality local produce. 

Our Chef Pete Franklin and his team constantly refine their menu for seasonal produce, as well as working closely with Thomas Moschetta and Luli Bonifetto our sommeliers to collaborate and make the flavours shine. We are immensely proud of the quality of food produced from our team, from five course food & wine matched dinners through to wood-fired pizzas for casual dining, there is something for everyone to enjoy on our menu.

I had the three courses with wine pairings - salmon sashimi, mushrooms, and a bread and butter pudding. After my first course I was absolutely blown away, both chef and sommelier had knocked it out of the park. My main and dessert were both absolutely outstanding, it has been a very long time since I have been blown away by my food but I could not find anything to falter in these dishes. I would recommend dining here to anyone visiting the area as a must-do. My only regret is coming here on my last night and not being able to eat here more than once.
