Wine Advisor

Our Cellar Sales team are vibrant and passionate about sharing our local wine stories with visitors and guests.  We host wine tour groups as well as FIT’s, have a very successful wine club and also sell wine online.

You will suit this role if you have a passion for Central Otago wines, at least 2 years’ experience selling wines direct to clients and a minimum of WSET 2 or equivalent.  This is a full time, permanent role, working to a roster each week, including weekends.  Remuneration is hourly rate plus sales bonuses.

CDP or Higher

We are looking for a team player to join our busy, state of the art winery kitchen, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to visitors and in house guests.  We source local produce and take pride in the food we create and with over 500 5-star Tripadvisor reviews, you know our food and service are outstanding.
You will have at least 1 year's Chef de Partie experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen.  You will be:
Eager to learn and willing to develop your skills and knowledge
A hard worker, able to work under pressure
Passionate about kitchen service and culinary arts
Strict on hygiene standards

Senior Front of House

Do you love wine, food and working with a great team?  If you do, then we would love you to join us!  We are looking for fun, enthusiastic food and beverage professionals for our Winery Bistro.  You need to have a can-do attitude, love people and have a minimum of 1 years front of house experience.   Full time, part time, casual and permanent roles available.  And our Wine Development training programme (including support for WSET training) ensures your success in the Central Otago Wine Industry.
