We are looking for a housekeeper to join our small, dedicated team.  Experience an advantage but not essential.  You will enjoy caring for our guests, delivering high standards of presentation and being part of a fun, positive team at Kinross. Weekends essential.  Would consider part time, fixed term and casual options for the right candidate.

Kitchen Hand / Dishy

We need a dish hand /kitchen hand to support our team of chefs.  No experience required and the option to work casually or permanent / part time or full time.  Support for a visa available.  Working to a weekly roster including evenings and weekends - but no split shifts or super late nights!  Opportunity for promotion and development for the right candidate with a positive attitude, who can set a pace in the kitchen and loves getting the bench clear of dishes!

Sommelier / Wine Sales

The Sommelier role leads on and off-license wine sales in our Bistro and works closely with our team of wine advisors to be responsible for wine training, stock control, wine club sign ups, new releases, wine pairings etc in the Bistro.  

You will suit this role if you have a passion for Central Otago wines, a minimum of 1 years’ experience selling wines direct to clients and a minimum of WSET 2 or equivalent.  We will also consider someone moving from a proven sales career into the wine industry, with a willingness to train and learn.

You will enjoy building relationships,  sales opportunities and connecting with guests, with a demonstrated ability to develop a sales pipeline and meet sales targets.

This role is Thursday to Mon (or similar), working winery hours, with no super late nights.  Remuneration is an hourly rate plus sales bonuses.
